Had another great nights sleep, and woke with the sun. I am liking how up here time doesn’t really matter, you get up with the sun, sleep when it gets dark. Another great feed for breakfast and lots of chi (tea). Normally it takes me a good whille to get going of a morning but…..

Here we go again! Early morning call, quick breakfast, hectic bus ride to airport, airport mayhem, spot of indigestion! and relax. I don’t think I have every been up this early, 4:45am the alarm went off. I surprised myself in how organised I was and got down to breakfast in decent time. Unlike some who had to stuff their eggs between the toast (which is amazing) and eat it on the way to the airport. Kathmandu…..
