First Solo attempt to swim from Lundy Island

To raise money for Children’s Hospice South West, on 9th September 2010 Nick Thorn will be making the first ever solo attempt to swim from Lundy Island in the Bristol Channel to Woolacombe Beach. Nick is hoping to complete the whopping 19.8 miles of this beach-to-beach swim (about the same as the Cross Channel Swim)…..
