Seascape is a three bedroom house which sleeps six and is available to rent for the main six week summer holidays.    The property is finished to a very high standard and offer the most contemporary of home comforts.

Being in the heart of the village, beaches, shops bars and restaurants are only minutes away enabling you to enjoy Woolacombe without even setting foot in your car.

Seascape is a mid-terrace, typical  3-bedroom village property offering an excellent standard of accommodation. From the front door the stairs lead up to three double bedrooms, two with double beds and one with bunk beds all the bedrooms have appropriate storage. The contemporary modern bathroom is also on the first floor which comprises of WC, spa bath, shower, wash hand basin and wall cabinet.Further storage can be accessed in the cupboards under the stairs.The living room and dining room are open plan and extend the length of the house. There is a 37′ wall mounted LCD TV, CD & DVD player/recorder with surround sound in the living room. The dining room has an extending pine table and seating for six adults.  The modern galley kitchen leads off the dining room and from the kitchen the back door opens on to a small courtyard with picnic table. From there a path leads down to a small shared garden with BBQ area and a gate giving access to the service lane and into the village.
