Seascape Garden Flat is a one bedroom flat sleeping two people which is attached to the main Seascape property and offers an excellent standard of accommodation in the heart of the village of Woolacombe. Recently refurbished in 2009 the accommodation offers open plan living which incorporates the kitchen, dining area and living room. The newly fitted kitchen is equipped for everyday living and houses with an integrated fridge, washing machine, a full size electric oven with four ring hob and a small microwave.  For dining there is a breakfast bar with modern comfy stools.The Lounge area has a cosy large two seater settee with a 32 inch wall mounted LCD TV with DVD/CD player.  The floor in the living area has porcelain tiles which offer under floor heating.  There are also electric wall mounted heaters in the lounge and bedroom.The bedroom comprises of a double bed, ample drawer and hanging space and incorporates a modern en-suite with a large walk in shower and heated towel rail.
